Method
Bring 21l up to 70C
Steeped grains 30min at 66-76 for 30 minutes. Rinsed x3
Brought 20l up to boil
Added DME
Waited for hot break, added Pacific Gem. Began 60 minute clock
At 30 min added aroma Hallertauer Hersbrucker
At 10 min added chiller
Pitched rehydrated yeast
140g priming sugar

Bottling day: white caps. Fair amount of foam and caps clinking with C02 escaping. Have 1 hour rest, capped, moved to shed.
