Method
Bring 18l up to 70C
Steeped grains 30min (90g chocalate 15min) at 66-76 for 30 minutes
Brought 18l up to boil
Added LME
Waited for hot break, added Pacific Gem/Armarillo. Began 60 minute clock
At 30 min added aroma Hallertauer Hersbrucker
At 10 min added chiller
At 5 min added aroma Hallertauer Hersbrucker

Pitched rehydrated yeast

150g priming sugar

0Had to chnage ratio of wheat to light DME due to inventory. Also yeast changed to Brewferm. Despite changes, OG spot on at 1.060
5Bubbling away consistently. Heat adjusted to 21C (verify); was a bit low last brew
19Bottled; blue cap. Tastes great already. Hoping for a repeat success!
49Came out with a bit more toffee and caramel, like a porter. Different that v1.0 but good.
