Waited for hot break, added Pacific Gem. Began 60 minute clock
At 20 min added Cascade
At 15 min Irish
At 10 min added chiller
At 5 min added aroma Hallertauer Perle

Chilled and pitched rehydrated yeast

Will prime with candi sugar

104Damn, it's gone already! It was a good batch. Could consider lightening the body a bit with some candi sugar. However, only have dark on hand and don't want to throw balance
