Brought 18l up to 70F
Steeped sifted grains for 30 mins (no rinse)
Add LME, bring 19l to boil
Start 60 min clock
At boil, added Hallertauer and Motueka
At 30 mins add Motueka
At 10 min added chiller, Irish moss, and Motueka

Bubbling strongly with blow-off already dumped once. OG much higher than expected, was meant to be ABV 1.085.

This beer went over extremely well. A good, strong, dark xmas desert sipper. Yet good enough to have more than one.
