DayEntry
1Strong bubble action despite yeast exp 2013. Good brew day and irish moss resulted in normal loss when draining.
2Maybe went too light on hops, now that I've properly calculated recipe. Taste was very sweet. We'll see, had a lot of hops in there so hopefully it imparted good flavour.
14Bottling day: yellow caps. Certainly promising, not an IPA due to light hops but not unbalanced or sweet either. Perhaps rebrand as a blonde ale.
15Rename L1-11 IPA v1.1 to blonde summer ale
