0Hot-break really causing problems. Lost 2 litres and yet loads of material got in to fermenter.
7Discovered the issue with cold-break what the use of a full whirlfloc tablet. Suggested dose is half a tablet. Will look in to using half a tablet in the future or simply irish moss.
14Bottling day: silver caps. Small batch due to overdose of finnings. Got only 16 of 19l.
45Seems very meh, not a patch on previous attempts. Blaming whirlfloc.
