Method
Bring 18l up to 70C
Steeped grains 30min at 66-76 for 30 minutes.
Brought 18l up to boil
Added DME
Waited for hot break, added Pacific Gem/Armarillo. Began 60 minute clock
At 30 min added aroma Hallertauer Hersbrucker
At 10 min added chiller
At 0 min added aroma Hallertauer Hersbrucker
Pitched rehydrated yeast
140g priming sugar

Lost 2 litres due to sediment in brew kettle. Must find reason behind this.

May have way overshot the IBUs but it was in keeping with the popular v1.0. Temperature holding perfectly with new thermometer.
